Customer Care Specialist - Primary responsibility is to provide efficient customer service for a high volume of patient calls. In addition, coordinate and respond to inquiries and requests received by mail and internet access. Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Accounts Receivable Rep - Primary responsibility is to contact insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Prepare and submit appeals to third party insurance carriers. Candidates must have a strong AR or collections background and medical billing and/or health insurance background. 

Practice Manager - Responsible for establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with clients by assisting them in managing and improving their business.
The essential functions of this position are as follows:
Manage client production by working with staff members
Manage and analyze production and receipts through monitoring of statistics
Establish and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with clients
The successful candidate must have:
Management experience in a healthcare environment
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
A strong proficiency in common PC software applications
Strong analysis and judgment skills
Ability to be aggressive when needed, decisive and diplomatic
A “self-starter” attitude and a determination to succeed
